Angie Skinner is our principal coach. She began mentoring general and specialty dental practices in 2000. She has been designated a 'Leader in Dental Consulting' by Dentistry Today Magazine.

Angie is an accomplished speaker, focusing on lecturing to dental schools, state dental meetings, study clubs and small groups; a proud member of the National Speakers Association®; and is certified to award continuing education credits through the AGD's P.A.C.E. Provider Program.

 

She has published articles in The Profitable Dentist, Inside Dentistry magazine, The American Association of Dental Office Managers, The Observer, the Trojan newsletter, and Dental Economics.

 

She works with clients in person, on the phone, via Facetime or Zoom, through webinars and through live speaking events.

 

Angie lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee and is an avid runner, boxer, and artist.

Maggie Perkin has been working in dentistry since 1988. She has held multiple positions, including admin, collections management, and office manager. Her transition to executive level coaching is a perfect fit after decades of dental office management and leadership.

Maggie excels in helping dental practices set and enact financial policy, with a special interest in creating stronger communication around appointment expectations and patient financial responsibilities. She is an expert in increasing hygiene and operative production, recall and reactivation, profit generation, new patient acquisition, and more. Maggie is also a skilled teambuilder and can help offices with culture issues and toxicity recover and thrive.

She is available to coach local clients in the Portland, Oregon area and can meet with clients nationwide via Zoom or Facetime, with scheduled in-person visits.

Dian Crain, who loves managing details and schedules, has been our marketing/administrative coordinator since 2006. Prior to working here, she worked in several positions in both the profit and non-profit sectors promoting everything from polymers to mental health awareness. Dian provides a bit of Southern hospitality as she tackles the day-to-day operations of PDC, schedules marketing posts for clients, edits content, and manages our CE calendar and delivery schedule. Extremely outgoing and curious, Dian loves getting to know our clients and finding creative solutions for their needs.

 

When not working, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Mark, spending time with their 3 grown sons and new addition – a daughter-in-law. You can also find Dian digging in her backyard flower garden, walking her Labradoodle, or reading a good book.
